This is an ideal time for me to personally 'Thank You' for the successful sale of my Condo. Owning property in Dallas but living in Connecticut, it became apparent to me that being a long distance home owner was becoming somewhat of a burden. Though I loved my home in Dallas, it was time to sell. Having worked with you before, I had confidence in your ability to make a sale.  Not only did you follow through with that, but you went above and beyond my expectations. Because I lived out of state, I needed to rely on you to do things that I couldn't do without having to fly down to Dallas.  You followed up on every detail, ranging from repair work to some remodeling. You also did a great showcase of my property on your web-site. I was able to show people in Connecticut what my Condo actually looked like through an online tour of the entire property. You followed up with the title company and kept me informed of every detail. The sale occurred within two m! onths and within 2 hours after the closing, my money was wired into my checking account. The most important part of this - I Never Had to Be In Dallas!!!! Again, many thanks for your hard work and diligence.
