Alan worked quite closely with my girlfriend and I to help find our new home. It was my first house and the first time she and I would be living together so there were some challenges beyond just finding a place to hang our hats at night. This is where we feel we were so fortunate to have found Alan. He helped narrow the fields for us, helped us think thru what were must haves, and nice to haves. He counseled us regarding where the best places to live were (both for resale and safety), walked us thru every step of the selection process and what to look for, he was our sounding board during the offer/counter offer process, and even sat with me during closing. Furthermore, if we needed an inspector? He was quick to provide trustworthy people. Lender? He had someone he worked with in the past that he was able to recommend. Title company? Ditto. His expertise was invaluable and proves that there is a reason why he’s been able to do this for a living for so long.
